• We set up and during 10 years led the legal department of the Moscow plant Kristall (1991-2001);
• Comprehensive legal support of the business of ZAO Topaz liquor plant.
• Resolution of a long corporate conflict between owners of ZAO Topaz, successful resolution of conflict situations when attempts were made to seize control of well known Moscow civil engineering and printing companies.
• Drafting and filing the instruments of incorporation of many prominent companies and their subsidiaries
• Convening and carrying out meetings of shareholders and members of companies (regardless of the number of participants), maintaining records of general meetings and meetings of the boards of directors of companies (1993 - present) including meetings during attempts by raiders to seize control of the companies.
• We elaborated the system of contracts for production, trading and civil engineering companies in Moscow and the Moscow region.
• Legal support in the establishment and operation of the distribution system of production companies (the Kristall-Lefortovo Trade House, etc.) in relationships (bonuses, claims settlement, etc.) with business partners.
• Successful engagements in litigation on issues of using intellectual property in Russian arbitration courts of all levels and in courts abroad (USA, France. etc.) We brought and secured successful determination of our actions to defend the well known Stolichnaya Crystal and Klyukovka trademarks back in 1997 when the Russian practice of defending intellectual property in courts was just taking shape. We pioneered and currently have unrivalled experience of conducting cases in this complicated field.
• During the period from October 2006 until June 2008 alone we successfully protected client interests in more than 65 cases in arbitration courts of Moscow and the Moscow region at various levels, including cases of land use, construction, corporate relations, etc. Our clients included OOO Kronos, ZAO Zelenogradskoe, A.V.
